The Software Testing Foundation Exam

The examination lasts one hour and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions.

The examination is 'closed book' i.e. no notes or books are allowed into the examination room.

It is interesting to note that pass rates for the ISEB Software Testing Foundation exam have actually fallen in the last couple of years. So in 2005 the average pass rate was 89%, last year it fell to 76%, that means 24 people fail for every 100 people that take the exam - quite an expensive exercise when you consider the exam costs £130 plus VAT (if in the UK).

For Organisations you have the ability to have the exams invigilated internally and no extra cost, providing you have a minimum number of people take the exam. We can provide more details on how this would work, and it would mean that combined with the Interactive Training, you would be self sufficient in your own training and exams.

Cost
